RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

We try to satisfy our customers but if any dissatisfaction will arise due to any damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered, Please follow the below terms and conditions.

As you made purchase form our online store indicates that you have acknowledged, understood and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions

  • All the sale, discounted, Coupon Buy and Gift Voucher purchase are NON RETURNABLE, NON REFUNDABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE. We are sure that while purchasing you gone through the all the details carefully.

  • If You have received damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered or any sizing issue (Eligible purchases or customers ) we will accept the Exchange and for the same you should email us at: info@asndigital.in with the item picture and order details within 48 Hours of receiving your order. please send it back to us with your order no. After sending the product back to us, & delivered to us we shall send you a fresh piece.

  • No exchange or return for Accessories, Sarees , Home Decor & Jewellery categories.
     

WE STRICTLY DO NOT DO REFUNDS. ONLY EXCHANGE IS POSSIBLE.

It would be Appreciable if you contact us if you find the item is not as described due to mistake or damage while in shipping. Please provide us a photo as proof of damage or any other disruptions in the product and we will definitely replace the product after the item is sent back to our India office. Please Follow some Common Things in our product due to Handmade Nature.

  • Color Difference: 10 %-12% Color difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights. (Exchange not accepted due to color Difference). Due to handmade nature there might be some spot which consider as uniqueness of handmade nature products and this reason of exchange is not acceptable.
  • Material : Exchange are not accepted if Customer does not like the material or color of the product order. As we use best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you to please read all the details before placing the order.
  • Stitching: As per industry standard with interlocks. 
  • Sizes: All the sizes are as per industry norms, some garments made as per particular specifications.

Only after our team has acknowledged the receipt of your exchange request, you are requested to send back the product on the below mentioned address. Please note the reverse shipping arrangements are to be done by you. If we will arrange Reverse shipping that it will be chargeable as per courier services and location. In any case Fabsoul will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchange (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, the exchange product will be arranged to be delivered to you as soon as possible. Please also consider following conditions:

1. Exchange can be done within 7 days for the date of delivery

2. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.

3. Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.

4. Please do note, that exchange is allowed once per order.

5. Size exchange is available (in case of size exchange, the customer is eligible to get a bigger or smaller size, equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro).

6. In case of Credit Coupon : Store credit equaling the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro with a validity of 30 days from the date of receipt of store credit.

7. The cost of shipping to & fro (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by you. 

8. In case if you want different product then the difference amount with shipping charges borne by customer.

9.The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by fabsoul Team and accept The fabsoul decision regarding the Exchange.

Custom Tailored Items / Altered Items

We will not accept return or exchange for custom sized items or items that have been altered in any way.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

CANCELLATION

PREPAID ORDERS CAN NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR CANCELLATION

You can cancel your Cash on Delivery order within 24 hours of order. Please write to us at Info@asndigital.in to request a cancellation. 

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by fabsoul Team and accept The fabsoul decision regarding the cancellation.
